These terms cover the private software tool (“the Tool”) used to produce and publish videos for the Vex of Corrith channel, and this website.
The Tool is operated by a single person for a single content channel. It is not a product, a hosted service, or an application that third parties may register for, log into, or use. There are no user accounts. Access to the platform APIs it calls is limited to the operator's own YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.
The Tool is used only to publish the channel operator's own original content to the operator's own accounts, and to read back that content's public performance metrics. It is not used to access other users' data, to post on anyone else's behalf, to automate engagement, or for any purpose prohibited by the YouTube, Meta, or TikTok platform terms.
Use of the Tool complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. Where those terms are stricter than these, those terms govern.
Channel videos use an animated character and a synthesized narration voice. Every factual claim is checked before publication, and a human reviews and approves each video before it is posted. Where a platform requires AI-content disclosure for realistic synthetic media, that setting is applied according to the channel's published editorial configuration.
The Tool and this website are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from their use.
